Annotation:

A new species of oribatid mites belonging to the family Liacaridae is described from Mongolia. Procorynetes tsendsureni sp. n. is easily distinguishable from the other known species by the shape of lamellar cusps, which are smoothly rounded antero-laterally and bearing neither outer nor inner teeth.
