Annotation:
The idiosoma of deutonymphs and adult mites of the family Thermacaridae has 18 pairs of setae ( 2 - 2 - 4 - 4 - 6 - 4 - 4 - 4 - 2 - 4 - 0 ) and 5 pairs of lyriform organs. The idiosomal chaetotaxy of the family Thermacaridae and other groups of water mites is compared.
