Annotation:

The paper contains a description of two new species of quill mites: Neosyringophilopsis lonchurae sp. n. from Lonchura cucullata (Passeriformes: Estrildidae) from Continental Africa and Aulonastus galbulicus sp. n. from Jacamaralcyon tridactyla (Piciformes: Galbulidae) from South America.
