NEW DATA ON THE WATER MITE FAUNA (ACARI, HYDRACHNIDIA) OF NORTHERN KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract:

The paper provides an annotated list of water mite species collected in Northern Kazakhstan (North Kazakhstan and Akmola Regions). In total, 41 species of water mites were recorded, of which 28 were new to the fauna of Kazakhstan, and 30—to the fauna of Northern Kazakhstan.
